What Our Studio & Coaching Clients Say:

My daughter is beginning her third season with S.E.T. and we couldn’t be more pleased with her growth and experience on this team. The Winter 2024–25 season marked her first time participating in indoor cycling, and she attended nearly every class. We rented a road bike for the sessions so she could smoothly transition to it for the outdoor racing season, and the results were incredible.Through the indoor training, we saw dramatic improvements in her strength, endurance, and overall confidence on the bike. By the end of the season, during a challenging 52-minute class that featured progressive resistance, she was able to maintain the required RPMs while still talking and laughing—something that truly highlighted how much she had grown. The hilly courses and resistance-based workouts built both physical strength and mental perseverance, which paid off in a big way. During this year’s triathlons, she powered past many athletes on the hills, a direct result of the off-season training. It was the perfect foundation for race season and allowed her to drop time significantly, earning multiple podium finishes.

Working with coach Henry has been a wonderful experience and he has me in the best shape of my life. He has developed a comprehensive training program for me after a deep dive into my prior medical issues, prior fitness levels and future goals. we analyze and discuss workouts multiple times per week. During my last marathon training block, we developed a hydration and electrolyte plan based on actual sweat testing. No surprise I PRed the marathon by 8 Mins despite it being a hillier marathon. Henry is not a cookie cutter coach. He recognizes that every athlete is unique and I know he takes great pride in pushing his athletes to reach and exceed their goals. I can't wait til my next Ironman. I know I will be more than prepared. In addition, I have watched him interact with children in youth triathalon training. The kids really respond to him. Henry is an A1 youth and adult coach. My only regret is not using his coaching earlier

"Coach Henry's Professional Coaching Plan - More Than Coaching, It's Life Mentorship
I started working with Coach Henry in July 2025 with a bold dream: to train for an Ironman 140.6 and become the first Dominican man to ever complete one. At the time, I didn't own a bike, had never used a trainer, and honestly -- I didn't really know how to swim. I only knew how not to drown.
Despite that, when I shared my story with Coach Henry over Zoom, he didn't hesitate. Even though his program is invite-only and focused on elite, Olympic-level athletes, he believed in me -- not just in my words, but in what God could do through this journey. And he backed that belief with immediate action: he provided me with a beautiful bike and indoor trainer that he owned so I could start training right away. I'm still using that setup to this day.
Since then, under his coaching:  I placed 11th out of over 3,600 runners at the Bimbo Global 10K, Went from barely swimming to now completing 2,450 yards in an hour, Improved my cycling from 13 mph to 18 mph, with an FTP of 149
But what stands out most is not just the physical transformation -- it's the life mentorship. Coach Henry has guided me through every aspect of becoming a triathlete -- training, recovery, time management, discipline, mindset. As someone on the autism spectrum and living with PANDAS disorder, I've faced challenges that most wouldn't see -- but Coach Henry has supported me every step of the way with patience, grace, and total acceptance. I've never once felt like an outsider. Only like an athlete who belongs.
This coaching plan has completely reshaped my life -- physically, mentally, and spiritually. Coach Henry brings world-class coaching, but more than that, he brings heart, faith, and belief in what's possible.
It's already been life-changing. And it's only the beginning."  --Steven R., U23 Team Athlete
