Coaching from S.E.T.

Syndicate Endurance Team (S.E.T.) is the coaching team behind SBS, a USA Triathlon High Performance Team with USA Cycling Certified Coaches, based in Howard County. We coach athletes from their first race to national champions and world championship qualifiers.

CYCLING COACHING

  • One-on-one plans for road, gravel, and time trial riders, from first century to race season

  • Training built around your schedule and your data

  • Indoor cycling classes at SBS all winter

  • One-on-one plans for every distance, sprint to Ironman

  • Youth, high school, and adult teams

  • Led by Head Coach Henry Shoemaker, USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach and USAT High Performance Team Contract Coach

TWO WAYS TO TRAIN WITH US

  • Full coaching: adults from $225 a month on the annual plan; youth team as low as $92 a month

  • Indoor cycling classes at SBS: $40 drop-in, $140 4-Pack, or $400 Winter Season Pass (unlimited classes, November to April). S.E.T. Competition Team members ride free.
